Hoy se desarrolló la conformación de la Mesa Comunal respecto a la Prevención del Consumo de alcohol y drogas en Maullín. Para ello se dio cita a esta gran jornada inagural, el objetivo que se busca conseguir es generar un espacio de reflexión y toma de decisiones en cuanto a los focos preventivos en los que se trabajará como redes.
Las instituciones representantes en esto fueron, Carabineros de Chile (sector Maullin/Carelmapu), DESAM, DAEM, DIDECO, PIB SENAME, Hospital San Carlos de Maullín (entre otros).
Es importante señalar que las problemáticas sociales/comunales revisten una gran complejidad por lo que abordarlas de una forma integral es el primer paso para su paulatino control y mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos.

Soy maullinense de corazon, y me siento muy orgullosa de que en la comuna este funcionando una Institucion tan importante como CONACE, que tiene una labor tan dificil e importante que realizar, como es el prevenir el control del consumo de alcohol y drogas, es por eso de la importancia de quienes estan a cargo a nivel comunal de conformar la mesa comunal, ya que a traves de esta forma unimos esfuerzos, experiencias, etc, para poder abordar este tipo de problematica que se encuentra presente en nuestra comuna, debemos especialmente trabajar con jovenes que son el futuro de nuestro pais, y asi en conjunto con todas las redes locales estoy segura que se sacaran resultados positivos en un tiempo no muy lejano
